Soaring Hawk

David ‘Soaring Hawk’ Bergman   David has been a pediatrician for over 20 years. His practice, The Pediatric Place, is in Alpharetta, GA where he and his wife reside and have raised three wonderful kids. In addition to his career, Dr. Bergman writes and publishes children's books, is a four-time Ironman Triathlete, Appalachian Trail section hiker, and long-distance bicyclist having completed both a 1400 mile circumnavigation of Nova Scotia, Canada and a 3000 mile cross-country journey across the United States in 2017 with a great friend,    Michael 'Buffalo' Higgins. To check out this previous cross-country journey, go to: www.BlazeAcrossAmerica.blogspot.com with a more in depth expansive book written by 'Soaring Hawk' to be available by Winter, 2019 for those who enjoy adventure novels. As the "Norseman's Passage" ride designer and organizer, David thoroughly enjoys sharing life-fulfilling adventures and the challenges endurance athletics provides for awakening the mind, body and spirit - the 'Triathlon of Life.'

Sherpa
Vik ‘Sherpa’ Nat  Vik is a resident of Johns Creek, Georgia.  He works for Georgia’s Own Credit Union as a Technical Operations Manager. Vik has a great passion for cycling and the outdoors and spent most of his childhood growing up in India in the Himalayas. Vik joined part of the previous cross-country journey in 2017 for the thrill of riding the Colorado Rockies and Utah desert sections. He is also an advocate and supporter of Wildlife Conservation. He loves to read, listen to music and binge-watch shows on Netflix. Vik is a loving husband, father of two amazing college-age children and two pooches.

Breezer
